News: Want to see Peter's workshop at the Asheville Bread Fesival in 2010? Go to the Asheville Bread Festival website and  become a member.  After you are approved you'll be able to view the entire 1 hour video.  The approval process is important to keep out spammers, and I regret having to do it but that is life in cyberspace!  I try to approve new members after a sorting out the spammers in less than a day. 

Most people are reporting good result with little 'buffering'.  If you have problems, email me at markwittt@breadtechnique.com.  I'm looking forward to having you as a memeber of the ABF site.  It will be a great way to see what's going on at this important national event. Anybody know anything about this:

The International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) in Las Vegas,
Nevada, September 26-29, 2010.

The Bread Baker's Guild of America website has a press release about the 9 individuals competing to be on the 2010 team at IBIE.

I gather this is is something like the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie, which is next scheduled for 2012.  (It used to be on a 3 year cycle, are they changing it so that Europain alternates with IBIE?)
