News: Want to see Peter's workshop at the Asheville Bread Fesival in 2010? Go to the Asheville Bread Festival website and  become a member.  After you are approved you'll be able to view the entire 1 hour video.  The approval process is important to keep out spammers, and I regret having to do it but that is life in cyberspace!  I try to approve new members after a sorting out the spammers in less than a day. 

Most people are reporting good result with little 'buffering'.  If you have problems, email me at markwittt@breadtechnique.com.  I'm looking forward to having you as a memeber of the ABF site.  It will be a great way to see what's going on at this important national event. I happened upon this post by Pat, a regular TFL contributor who is very invested in grinding flour. It has a lot of interesting information and links to home mills. One site is even selling the Nutrimill for $199 which is a fabulous price.

Many thanks to Pat and Pamela for this valuable tip. I have been looking for a deal on the Nutrimill for a very long time; the sellers have managed to keep the price at $269- until now. I snagged it at a $50 net savings after shipping! (see the forum does have some redeeming value)
